1. Who we are

Martial Arts Solutions is an international educational platform operated as a sole proprietorship by Leonardo Oros Duek, based in Israel ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By using the Platform or enrolling in any of our programs, you are entering into an agreement with Leonardo Oros Duek.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Platform, submitting a registration or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. Scope of services

The Platform provides online courses, hybrid intensives, advisory services, certifications and educational materials in martial arts, leadership and related fields.

4. Enrollment and account

Enrollment is completed through the official registration form and payment of the corresponding tuition. You must provide accurate information and keep your contact and account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments, billing and refunds (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Send spam, phishing attempts or any form of unsolicited communication through the Platform.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of the Platform or third parties.
• Upload, distribute or execute malware, viruses or other harmful code.
• Probe, scan, scrape or attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Record, reproduce or redistribute live sessions or materials without written permission.
• Engage in discriminatory, abusive or harassing behavior toward instructors, staff or fellow students.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, recordings, syllabi, certificates, software and brand elements are the property of Leonardo Oros Duek / Martial Arts Solutions or of their respective owners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the materials of the program you have enrolled in, strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. No other rights are granted.

8. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the relevant program. Certificates are independent academic credentials issued by Martial Arts Solutions and do not replace federation-issued grading.

9. Physical training disclaimer

Practical martial arts training carries inherent physical risk. Students participate at their own responsibility and should consult a physician before starting any physical program.

10. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if: (i) you materially breach these Terms; (ii) you fail to pay any amounts due; (iii) your activity poses a security, fraud or legal risk to the Platform, its staff, its students or third parties; or (iv) you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page, with a new "Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
