Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid programs offered by Martial Arts Solutions (operated by Leonardo Oros Duek) and purchased through our order process, which is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your order date. No specific reason is required.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, please:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact our team at registrar@booksandcourses.edu from the email used at enrollment, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.

4. Cancellation by the Platform

If a program is cancelled or substantially modified by Martial Arts Solutions, enrolled students will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort, at their choice.

5. Rescheduling

Students may request to move to a future cohort once per enrollment without additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after the refund is approved.
